In 2000 the parts division became an authorized distributor for Textron Lycoming as well as for Parker Aerospace (Cleveland and Airborne) for Brazil. In early 2002 Southern Cross became a Teledyne Battery Products (Gill Batteries) distributor and since then Southern Cross has added many more distribution lines to its portfolio including Tempest, Barry Controls, Kelly Aerospace, Rapco, Telex, Artex and Kannad among many others.

Today Southern Cross counts with over 400 monthly repeat customers and more than 7000 individual customers worldwide; Its personnel has grown to over 45 employees and its facilities have also expanded in order to accommodate the growth in business. Southern Cross is preparing to follow up on its first 20 years of growth record by focusing on expanding its parts distributions, inventory and MRO capabilities as well as working on improving on its aircraft sales and marketing capabilities by strengthening its core systems and personnel so that as a company it is better prepared to face the challenges of the 21st century.
